Együttható Association was founded in 2010 by social professionals and passionate young volunteers with the aim of promoting non-formal learning, innovative community services, and new approaches to youth and social work. From the very beginning, our vision has been to build small yet strong communities capable of thriving independently. We believe that empowered communities can support individual growth, foster cooperation, and inspire positive change from the bottom up. Our approach is grounded in the idea that a truly inclusive society is one where every voice is heard, and decisions are made through mutual understanding and respect. We strive for equity rather than simple equality — ensuring that everyone receives the support they personally need to succeed. Együttható operates a Youth Information Office in Budapest’s 4th district, offering regular programs and activities for young people. The office also serves as an access point to the EURODESK network, connecting local youth with international opportunities and resources.
